I. App Introduction

The Smart Object Recognition App is a practical tool integrating photo recognition, item management, and image cropping. Simply take a photo of an item, and it will automatically recognize and create a tag, helping you efficiently manage your personal belongings and digital assets, eliminating worries about loss. It also includes a built-in cropping function to make item photos clearer and more professional.

II. Core Function Usage Guide

2.1 Smart Object Recognition (Quickly Create Tags)

1. Open the App, click the ”+” button on the homepage;

2. After granting camera permissions, point the camera at the target item (such as a keyboard, pet, or key) and take a picture;

3. Manually modify the name;

4. Customize the item information and save.

2.2 Intelligent Image Cropping (Optimizing Item Photos)

1. After shooting, the image automatically enters the cropping interface, generating the optimal cropping frame by default.

2. Drag the edges/corners of the cropping frame to adjust the cropping range.

3. After confirming the cropping effect, click “Save.” The cropped photo will be displayed as the tag cover.

2.3 Tag Management (Categorization and Search)

2.3.1 Tag List Management

• The homepage displays a list of all tags, sorted by creation time, and supports left and right swipes for “Edit/Delete.”

• Clicking a tag card takes you to the details page to view complete item information.

• Clicking the ”+” in the upper right corner of the list allows you to quickly add a new tag.

2.3.2 Tag Details Editing

• The editing page allows you to modify item names, notes, and other information.

• Supports reshooting/changing item photos and updating the cropped cover image.

• After editing, clicking “Save” updates the list data synchronously.

III. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: What if the recognition is inaccurate?

A: ① Ensure sufficient lighting when shooting, aim at the main object, and avoid obstruction; ② Try adjusting the shooting angle and shooting at close range.

Q2: The cropped photo is blurry/cannot be saved?

A: ① Check if your device has sufficient storage space; ② Confirm that album permissions are enabled (Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos); ③ Restart the app, then retake and crop the photo.

IV. Permission Explanation

• Camera Permission: Used to take photos of objects, enabling object recognition and tag creation;

• Album Permission: Used to select photos already taken for recognition;

• Permission authorization status can be modified at any time in “Settings → Privacy & Security” without affecting the use of core functions (manual input mode can use without permission).

V. Precautions

1. AI object recognition results are for reference only. Information can be manually modified according to the actual object.

2. Marker data is stored locally on the device by default.

3. Avoid shooting in excessively low/high light conditions, as this may affect recognition and cropping results.

4. If you encounter issues such as app lag or crashes, try restarting your device or updating the app to the latest version.
